Hoodify is designed to be simple and respect your privacy. In order to provide our service—transforming and adding flavor to your text messages—we collect the text data you explicitly submit into the App.
The text you provide is temporarily processed using third-party artificial intelligence services (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google) solely to generate the rewritten responses. We do not use your text for any other purpose, and we do not use your private messages to train our own models.
Your data is only shared with our AI API providers (as mentioned above) strictly for processing your request. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or message content with any third parties.
We do not store or retain the text messages you input or the transformed text generated by the App on our servers after the request has been fulfilled. The transformation happens in real-time, and once your request is processed, the text data is discarded.
Our App utilizes external AI API providers to apply transformations to your text. These providers have their own strict data privacy policies which prevent them from using API-submitted data to train their consumer models. We also use third-party tools for basic analytics and crash reporting to improve the app.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top.
